It is time for Holiday.

The market started to pointing down because all the good news have release.

This is time for rest because even Obrama has gone to Hawaii to play golf. Not much people will be around to play.

What should we do now? Better rest and review the result of 2008 and tried to correct our mistakes.

The blog will take rest from 22 - Dec to 3 Jan 2009.

2009年世界经济有五大看点

全球金融市场在圣诞假期期间，处于半停顿状态。美国的经济数据进一步转差，美元走软，油价回落。笔者认为2009年世界经济有五大看点。

１）实体经济恶化到哪一步？金融体系的整体危机似乎已得到纾缓，但是就业恶化和信贷收缩仍在蔓延，仍置实体经济于高风险状态，造成消费萎缩和盈利倒退，并可能诱发巨型企业倒闭。

２）财政扩张能否拉动增长？针对民间的“去杠杆化”，各国政府纷纷推出巨额的财政刺激计划。这些措施能否在下半年推高GDP增长，重启民间经济活动，值得关注。

３）美元是否转弱？联储的零利率政策已经将美元由升值拉回贬值。但是随着越来越多的国家走入零利率区，美元前景变得不可捉摸。美元走势不仅影响自身GDP，而且牵动商品价格。

４）新兴市场会否爆出危机？能源和商品价格暴跌，使许多资源输出国财政大失预算。同时资金外流、举债困难、出口下降。新兴市场正处在近十年来罕见的困难时期，一些危险征兆开始浮现。

５）油价难道要到20美元？我以为40美元左右就算合理了...

2008 12/31
未平倉合約張數CALL方面最多是在14400,15000,15600位置, put方面高位為14400,15000. 所以相信幾個位是重要的關健. 短期如能破15000 應可看15600. 今日call put 成交量最多在14400, 相信14400 短期是一個支持位.

今日恒指穿15000, 如昨日所估計, 後市向15600, 但 2 Jan未平倉合約張數明顯減少, 明顯是好倉暫平倉獲利, 而淡倉暫平虧損部份. 所以大市上15600,15800後,上升動力不大, 有機會向下調.

Another Opportunity to witness the interest rate effect

16 -17 Dec 2008 I really glad that I am able to witness the historic rate cut decision in this century. Having an almost zero interest rate in USD. It's the last bullet in interest rate. On 16, I had already believe the traders will push up the DOW but don't know the effect is so significant +359.61 close at 8924.14 Regarding the Oil, once confirmation the Oil will cut 2M barrel, the oil gradually drop to 44 / barrel and the oil security also don't have disappointed result even the DOW climb so high, the Banking sector is the winner. On the same time, USD immediately dropped after the announcement and the EUR & JPY 1.41xx and at 5:59pm is 1.4093 &89.12 How long this rally can last? Let's wait and see. In the morning, I am still thinking how will be the +395 affect Asia Market, However, all asia markets are open high and close little bit low.
