From my prospective, if don't want to spend too much time . I would suggest to buy more oil ETF now and gradually buy more agriculture ETF.
Because 1. USD will be weaker after the US government had sold all its treasury bonds. The USD will be weak. US will maintain strong dollar now otherwise who will buy the bonds. When he finished, he need to pay interest. Then the best way is to depreciate its dollars. So beware the time to sell USD based on the treasury.
2. As USD weak, the oil price will be high. Everyone had seen this situation in 2008 years. Even the price go back to 50. Now 34. The increase will be 47% growth. Is it much better than buy any security.
3. The world is facing the draught in China and Emerging market. Now the people is just thinking about the existing economy. In future, we will face agricultural shortage. Then the basic food price will be high again.
Just suggest to aware the price of DBA and buy it when it is low. I will suggest to buy it in the current price first and buy more when the price drop.
We have to use the normal buying behaviour. We should buy thing when it is cheap and not when it is high. Good luck !
