The Ireland bailout issue had been relaxed and the US Market is going up even the data report is not so positive. Both the VIX and Dollar index is going to adverse order.

As Dec is the holiday month. Based on the data , I believe it will be quite steady on positive trend till Year end.

For HK market, after study the index option, it seems on the uptrend as well.
