Be careful the market still swinging, aware the currency expecially AUD

The AUD touch the short term bottom @0.67712 and back to 0.6901 today in day time. No matter how the G20 meeting will be, the safer currency will still be AUD. EUR , GBP and US are all facing difficulties, AUD and NZD is the safest. Aware the G20 meeting and focus on the movement of AUD. I had bought some AUD already. In future 3 years, the market will experience the inflation. In long run, the commodity country like Australia, Brazil and Africa will be better. For the security market, it will be a swinging month for April and May. Once it goes up, Don't believe the market is return to better position. The economy is still hard to recover because of the credit card default , the increasing unemployment rate and the decreasing value of house price in US and EUROPE. For China, we have to be very careful about the figure and result. 31 March 2009 US Market The Dow opened at 7773 and close at 7522 and the low is 7438 @3.03pm -254(-3.27%) Sector performance (% change on day): Financials...

Sharp Turn today in all market

The market didn't remain stay like previous assumption. Instead, it have a big turn. The Dow future lost almost 200 point in day time. In the morning, it started with -60 and then move down sharply in afternoon. The Asian markets all head to south. The equity and currency moved seriously. It may be the impact from automaker bankruptcy. Then it impact the commercial bonds and increase the risk alert in the market. It is hard to figure the direction in coming days. Better leave the market and wait for clear signal. 30 March 2009 US Market The Dow opened at 7923 and close at 7776 -148(-1.87%) Sector performance (% change on day): Financials (-3.49%), Tech (-2.73%), Health Care (-0.96%), Consumer Staples (-0.91%), Consumer Discretionary (-2.06%), Industrials (-2.02%), Energy (-2.68%), Telecom (-0.58%), Materials (-2.29%), and Utilities (-1.51%). After a high% rebound last night and morning, I believe there is a retreat

Be careful when the market are so exciting. Today the market is having a dramatic move. The sell parties must be having a hard time in the afternoon. Index grow up so strong almost to 13950 and close at 13812 I believe the movement will not be so strong tonight and even will have some retreat tomorrow. Because the Dow future is head down to south -61 point at 5:38pm But the truth still depends on the reality and how the trader want to do. For one who own BOC 3988,I suggest to sell because there is no more room from technical graph and the released report seems under forecast. Good luck for all who own it. Further Up or strict down will be determined tonight

But there is one thing I am sure. The US dollars will be in weak side as the equity market stay in positive. If the investor support the Geithner's plan, the market will climb further. But I believe, they will react positively because this is their tactic. Last time use this excuse to oversell the equity. This time, they will use it to over buy it because 1. Near March, Need to close 1 Quarter book 2. The market is a small group game orientation. This people are greedy. As the people believe the worst time is over, more people will enter the market. Then the fisherman will come out again anyway this is only my guess. 23 March 2009 US Market The Dow open at 7402 and close at 7278 –122.42(-1.65%) and high is 7460 at 9.51pm Sector performance (% change on day): Financials (-5.30%), Tech (-1.64%), Health Care (+0.19%), Consumer Staples (+0.11%), Consumer Discretionary (-2.14%), Industrials (-3.28%), Energy (-3.65%), Telecom (-1.67%), Materials (-1.91%), and Utilities (-0.63%). HK Index change constituent Weight % influence

As HK Index change constituent Weight % , I believe the HK market will be more volatile. 1 005 change from 11.33% to 15 % 2. 941 change from 14.38% to 14 % 3. 939 change from 5.91 to 8.01% What does it means? 005 is very unstable because of the external market inpact, 941 is the only one vehicle which did not fall into financial and insurance group. Thus in future, if people want to support the HK index, they need to buy more 941 than before. However in the coming two years. 005 will be the worst in market. So what the people will do.
