I have feeling that next week will be the highest

point and then start to retreat because next week is approaching the future and option settlement. Besides, most of the figure will be calculate based on this option trading. My view of market after this long climbing

Since 2nd quarter report needs to be release around end of June. I believe, the market will keep further up because of beautifly the book. Besides, the USD continue to be weak after the selling more bonds to the market. The commodity will be keeping high for a longer term because of weak dollar. Thus my view is to buy more oil ETF, Agricultural ETF. Besides even the economic will getting worse later. The oil cannot be going back to $40 like March. On the other hand, because AAPL will have new announcement on 8 June and there is weight higher by investor report. I believe there is room for a short trade Balance the risk, I will also buy some short S&P & Dow ETF if price is really good. 29 May 2009 US Market The Dow open at 8301 and close at 8404 and low is 8271 at 1:00pm +103 (+1.25%) Sector performance (% change on day): Financials (+3.57%), Tech (+1.31%), Health Care (+0.54%), Consumer Staples (+1.08%), Consumer Discretionary (-0.18%), Industrials (+0.70%), Energy (+3.00%), Te...

The fear of inflation will keep on and this is also the

impact to the equity market and property market. Thus, in short run, the market will not adjust seriously because money has no interest and people will invest. When most of the people already invested in property market in HK and US has poor data on bonds. The market will start to turn south. the EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD are under some adjustment. Should buy more AUD in long run. Target : 0.7450 buy some. Good luck! 26 May 2009 US Market No Market The EUR trade at 1.3872 at 5.24 pm. Leave for 2 weeks and the market is climbing all

high. Being negative me really lost little. It is lucky that I was using short to hedge the long position. So counting the currency, equity on hand. It is still lucky to have some sweet. However the strategies ahead, I believe it will be near 9000 in dow and HK will be up further, especially near future settlement day. However, without the foundamental economic support, I still not believe it will be a bull market. What I am thinking is about the 1. the interest rate is decreasing will make people invest more. 2. 2010, we may experience high inflation when market back to normal. 3. Thus I will prefer long commodity e.g Gold, agricultural and energy equity. The traders push up the market into an unbelievable level

however, it didn't impact my negative view of the market. before Friday I believe the Dow will try to reach over 8300 point. The trader will convince the people that the market is better. Until most of the people believe their story. They will come out and push down the market. In this situation, set the higher point to short like over 8300 buy little put, around 9000 buy more if they really able to push so high. The blog will be rest for two weeks. Until May 18 2009. I believe the market will keep above 15300 till month end

and the market will try to reach a higher level around 16400 1st stop and 2st stop 17000. Why i have this thinking? 1. the china market will not fall very fast in short term because people still hoping for new stimulus plan and besides it is near 1/5. China won't let the market fall suddenly. 2. the US bankers have adjust the balance sheet without mark to market. That means not much bad news will coming in short term except the stress test result. So within this period, The strong bank will return money to TRAP (US government) It will be the good news to boost the market. But those without money will be very weak after the release of the result. Now is still not the right time to be short for the trader. 3. Now, there are still not much people believe it is bull market. As most of the people believe it is the bull market, then it will be the time to short according to Japan experience, the rebound can be range around 37% - 62%, If I use 40% -45% - 50% the HS rebound from 11344 will...

Almost reach 16000 and immediately return

As I stated yesterday, the market turn side near 16000. Upcoming the market will be swinging in short range. Hard to trade in short range. However, I believe there aren't big retracement in this month. The big adjustment will be happened around the time US release the stress test result of the Financial institute next month. The market seems going quite well however, the

market phenomenom seems telling us that there are some adjustment soon. Why? The US VIX start moving up, the Dow show the difficulties reaching the 8200 level. The 941 is start moving in HK Market. Usually the 941 moving up is the final round of the market high because the other security has reached their level. Besides, the HS index is already moving to 15682 almost 16000 I believe the safe stop to hedge is at 16000. In these two days , the HK Equity market is manage by the big investor, the movement is not really logical. As they know more money is betting on the bear side, they play the bull side fast. As we all know that it is zero gain sum. I believe, they had gain a lot, as most of the bear people feel hopeless. The real bear is coming. This is only my own opinion. Based on the lending figure in China market and the better

earning of GS, the market is moving up. However, the market is still very sensitive to any bad news. Said this morning, the GM backruptcy news impact the Dow Future. to - 50 - afternoon -70. The market keep repairing the lost. and at 5:47 pm, the dow future pointing to + 9 I believe the market trader is trying to push up the market to 16000 in HK Market and 8300 in US market. It is difficult and risky to trace the buy side. As the market has gone up so much. The Equity market has no signal of being better

the Dow future is trading over -100 in HK day time. I believe there is not much good excuse for them to support the market especially before Easter holiday. The Dollar still response strong that means investor have risk alert. The Gold keep on trading high at 889 and oil remain weak. Remain same strategies at hedge or sell equity. Keep track GOLD, AUD and aware the edge of the Equity Market

The investment sentiment is strong. Therefore the Equity market in both US and HK has strong support. However, we are in the edge of it. Based on the option future, more call option has been transact at 16000 and 15600 and 15400 , put option more at 14800 and 14000. So the trading range is at 14000 to 16000 Based on the technical analysis of DOW & S&P, there are little room for up but not much. However, I would suggest to keep aware of the Gold, 870 is a supporting point, buy little when it reached 870 and then wait for it final direction. I believe the next stop is 840. Buy little. For the AUD, there will be some movement tomorrow after the rate decision. Remember to buy at low again. In long run, inflation, and devalue of currency will come true. Keep some gold in your portfolio is better. Good luck 06 April 2009 US Market Last Friday, the Dow opened at 7894 and close high at 8017.+39(+0.5%) Sector performance (% change on day): Financials (+4.22%), Tech (+1.34%), Health Car...

The trader and fund managers immediately pourwater into the market. Just one day, the index soars 1000 points. This scene haven't been happened for long. Based on the index option, more transaction on call option at 16000. From upcoming event such as the outcome of the accounting policy (stop mark to market ). Will the financial sector have more support. or will the trader take it as the high to run. Sometimes hard to tell. But based on the market feedback on the Dow future today. up from morning 72 to 162 afternoon. I believe the market is heading North. Today is Thursday. There is one more day only. Popularly profit taking will be happened on Friday. For long run, I believe better buy Toyota because the price has been stable and in better position. No doubt.
