Yesterday, one of my friend asked me about the view of HK property market. Honestly, I do not have much experience in HK property market. However, what I think no matter what kind of investment channels or opportunities. They are all unique and cannot apply to all. It is because we have different level of risk tolerance, EQ and goal of life.
You may said purchase property for collecting rent is good investment, someone may say buy shares are good. For me, I think every opportunity can be success. But, the first step is to work out a plan for yourself.
Then what is a good plan? a plan with analaysis of where we are,how we want to be, how is the cost of it with risk management and the understanding of our ability. ....
